- ・Only cash or credit card payments are accepted.
- ・World of Hyatt™ will give 5 points for every US dollar spent.
- ・Private room charges, service charges, the cost of flowers and such are not eligible for points. Please contact the restaurant for details.
- ・Some special courses, dining plans and events are not eligible for points. Please contact the restaurant for details.
HILLS APP / HILLS CARD
Earn points on your Hills Card when dining at our restaurants and when spending at facilities including Roppongi Hills, Omotesando Hills, ARK Hills, Toranomon Hills and more. Use your points to enjoy exclusive benefits at restaurants and shops.

- ・Please note that points cannot be accrued if you do not have the Hills App or Hills Card with you at the time of use.
- ・Only amounts paid directly at participating stores are eligible.
- ・Settlements for the restaurants and spa above charged to your room and paid alongside your accommodation are excluded.
- ・Only payments made by cash or credit card are eligible.
- ・Hills Points are accrued at a rate of 1 point per ¥110 (including tax) spent.
- ・Treatment menu and merchandise of AO Spa&Club is eligible for hills points.
- ・In room dining, accommodation, AO Spa & Club admission fee and annual fee, and facilities in the hotel other than the restaurants above are not eligible to earn points.
- ・Points will not be accrued for accommodation packages, complimentary vouchers, charges billed to your room, lump-sum payments at checkout for hotel shop purchases, or banquet hall usage.
